| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. | Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you within 3 business days . Euroland orders are generally received in under 5 days. International orders ae generally received in under 10 days. |

| Returns Policy Thank you for shopping with us. Don't like your item? Need a different size? - no problem! Firstly, if you need an exchange, for example a colour or size just e-mail or call us. We will pay postage for exchanges - we really don't mind! If you fancy a different item we can just charge you or refund you the difference in price. We want you to be happy If you need to return all or part of your purchase, just e-mail us within 7 days after delivery. We need to know why you don't like the item, so state clearly your reason for return. We will then give you a returns authorisation number and a date by which we must recieve your item back. Sadly, we cannot fund the cost of return of the goods, this would certainly increase retail prices. We will refund the day we recieve your items if returned by the date given. We cannot take responsibility in any way for items sent to us or any delays how so ever caused - we recommend you take insurance for any items you send us.
